Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 7, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Leisure Made Capital Group Inc. ("Tieout", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores and protects information when you use the Tieout website and service (the "Service"). Tieout helps businesses reconcile sales, profit and cash using data from connected platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Ads and QuickBooks Online.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: name, business name, email address and billing details you provide when you sign up.
- Connected business data: when you authorize a connection, we access business data from that platform, such as orders and order totals, shipments, refunds, fees, settlement and payout reports, advertising spend, and your accounting reports and chart of accounts. Access is read-only.
- Usage data: log data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and actions taken in the Service, used for security and to improve the Service.
2. Information we do not collect
We do not request or store personally identifiable information about your customers (such as buyer names, shipping addresses, phone numbers or email addresses). Where a platform returns such fields, we discard them and do not store them. We never receive your Amazon, Intuit or bank passwords; connections use the platforms' official authorization (OAuth).
3. How we use information
- To provide the Service: build your live P&L, reconciliations, bridges and reports.
- To secure, maintain, troubleshoot and improve the Service.
- To communicate with you about your account, support requests and important changes.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We use connected-platform data only to provide the Service to you. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, share it with third parties for their own purposes, or use it to compete with you. We comply with the Amazon Services API Data Protection Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, and Intuit's developer terms.
4. How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service (for example cloud hosting, databases, email and payment processing), under contracts that require them to protect it and use it only on our instructions; when required by law; or in connection with a merger or acquisition, subject to this policy. A current list of sub-processors is available on request.
5. Data security
We encrypt data in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher) and at rest (AES-256), store access tokens encrypted, restrict access to authorized personnel using two-factor authentication, and log access to systems holding your data. See our Data Security page for details.
6. Data retention and deletion
We keep connected business data while your account is active and connected. If you disconnect a platform or close your account, we delete the related data within 30 days, except where we must keep limited records by law. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@getprofittieout.com.
7. Security incidents
If we become aware of a security incident affecting your data, we will notify you without undue delay, and notify Amazon, Intuit and authorities where required, within the timeframes those parties and applicable law require.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@getprofittieout.com.
9. Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to run the Service and keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
10. Children
The Service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here and, for material changes, notify you by email.
